How do we get a bin? Fill in the account application on this website, and you will then be sent payment information for your bin, once payment has gone through our system, you will be sent login details for the booking portal and your bin will be delivered automatically and hopefully within 14 days.

What suburbs do you service? The suburbs we collect from are listed on our ABOUT PAGE, if you don't see your suburb just send us an email and we will get back to you asap.

What are the costs of a collection service? To receive a bin it is $70 per bin, and then an annual service fee for bins of $50 annually, which will be payable in January.  For a bag collection, it is $50 to join with a service fee of $50 to be paid annually in January.

How many containers do I need for a bag collection?  Please have over 500 containers before you book a bag collection to ensure it is cost-effective.

What is the difference between bag collection and bin collection?  For bin collection, you use our bins and we swap your full bin for a clean empty bin upon collection, for bag collection you use your own bags.

How do I book a collection?  You must book your collections online with the login details given to you and you must book before 8 am the day before your collection otherwise, you will miss the schedule for the next day.

Does the bin have to be full?  Yes, please ensure the bin is full before booking your collection to be cost-effective, you can add extra bags to your collection if need be.

When do I receive my collection money?  We aim to process your collections within 2 days at the depot and payments are generally made a day after however, we do allow a 10-day period in case there are delays in getting your containers processed upon arrival at the depot.

What kind of bags should I use?  Tough/strong garbage or industrial bags are best, preferably with your name on them.

Is there a set day for collections?  Yes, when you log in to book your collection you will only have 1 option to choose from as each suburb has a set day, your day is given to you when you are sent the payment information.

Do we need to book to come to the depot to drop off?  No, you can just turn up between 8 am and 4 pm Monday to Thursday, Fridays 8 am to 3.30 pm and 8 am to 1.30 pm Saturdays and you will be able to walk away with cash.
